wwjd... revisited

Remember a few years back when in the Christian world there was the big WWJD thing? Everyone had bracelets, t-shirts, hats and bumper stickers asking a simple question"what would Jesus do ?"  Many asked the question but I don't think many ever took the time to hear the answer. But the question is still valid, and there many situations in life that should cause us to ask this question. But we need to be willing to wait and hear the answer and then obediently act on it. Like Jesus did in John 4 we have to be willing to go where the religious and those that are afraid of the retaliation of the religious would go. We need to be willing to go into the places where people need to experience the love of the Father, to the places where self righteous, religious bubbles can't exist because the people need a real touch the need to experience the Light that penetrates the darkness, so they too can become disciples of Jesus.
John 4:4-5 "But He needed to go through Samaria. So He came to a city of Samaria which is called Sychar, near the plot of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph."
When you are willing to be obedient and rely on Him, then WWJD, becomes a lifestyle not a catchy phrase?
